（中央社記者陳政偉台北6日電）希臘人民用公投向債權人方案說不，逾61%民眾在公投中拒絕國際債權人所提紓困計畫，國發會主委杜紫軍表示，此舉為政治性動作，累積談判籌碼，退出歐元區與否但看後續協商。
希臘昨天進行公投，對於是否接受債權人提出的改革方案，反對陣營大幅領先，國家發展委員會主委杜紫軍表示，此舉為政治性動作，並非財政金融性的直接措施。
希臘公投拒絕歐盟新撙節要求的影響，目的在於累積談判籌碼在雅典當局身上，進而持續與歐洲央行及國際貨幣基金（IMF）進一步協議，杜紫軍認為，希臘大概不會立刻脫離歐元區。
希臘債務危機導致脫歐危機升高，杜紫軍認為，後續發展仍需看歐盟如何因應來決定，其他歐豬五國也都接受紓困，不可能僅對希臘高抬貴手，特例地減除債務。
杜紫軍強調，若後續希臘脫歐後轉而倒債或破產，對台灣經濟直接影響不大。1040706
